We require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice, so if your tank is less than 30% full, please call our office. Additionally, if you need a quote, please contact our office or complete the Get a Quote form on the homepage for the current price.
ATTENTION WILL CALL CUSTOMERS
As a Will Call customer, you’re responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and contacting us to schedule a delivery. During peak season, delivery may take up to 10 days to fit into our schedule, so we recommend calling us when your tank reaches around 30% to avoid additional fees.
Please also consider that colder weather and increased usage may affect both your fuel needs and our delivery times. Your safety is our priority, and we strive to make deliveries promptly, even in challenging conditions.
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR WILL-CALL POLICY:
If your gauge is less than 10% and you require a special delivery during business hours, a $150 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery. If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $300 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery.
Please note, if your tank runs out of gas, regulations require you to be home at the time of delivery so we can perform a system leak test and re-light any pilot lights. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas Service.
