Will Call Service

Northeast Oil & Propane also provides Will Call service for those customers who want to monitor their own propane usage.  As a Will Call customer you are responsible for calling us to schedule your deliveries.  We require a minimum of      5 working days notice for delivery.  Special trip charges and other fees may be incurred if a Will Call customer has an out of fuel situation, or if we have to make a special trip to accommodate their fill.

Our most worry-free and cost-effective delivery system is Automatic Delivery. We use a state of the art tracking system that monitors weather conditions and then calculates your individual propane consumption to determine the optimum time for your deliveries.  You don’t have to worry about watching your gauge and you can avoid potential fees associated with an emergency delivery situation.

BUDGET BILLING

The simplest and most manageable way to pay!

Budget payments are automatic payments so it’s one less thing for you to worry about!

A regular, fixed payment amount automatically comes out of your bank account on a monthly basis, allowing you to spread the total annual cost of your propane over 12 months. Paying this way means that you can spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year.

CONTRACT / PRE-PURCHASE

We offer a propane pre-purchase program each year, allowing our customers to reserve their propane at a fixed price! 

WILL CALL / PAY AS YOU GO

Non-budget, pay-as-you-go customers will receive a meter ticket invoice at the time of delivery and a statement at the end of each month.

As a Will Call customer you are responsible for calling us to have propane delivered.  We require a 10 working day notice for delivery, so please let us know when the tank gets to about 30% full. Special trip charges and other fees may be incurred if a Will Call customer has an out of gas situation or if we have to make a special trip to accommodate their fill.
